We Agasveda will follow strictly no refund policy except in case of damage or quality issue with the product, customer need to contact Agasveda within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us on sales@agasveda.com with the reason of return or call us.
For exchange, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging and products received to our customer care at sales@agasveda.com or call us - within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please note that replacements are subject to availability of the particular product.
For damaged products or quality issue Agasveda will issue full refund, refund will be processed within 7 working days subject to product inspection at our site
We only pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Shipping charges/duties and tax if any are non-refundable.
Refund Mode: Refund will be credited to customer thr’ any of the payment mode: Wallet/Net banking/UPI
Cancellation Policy: Order cancellation and items not Shipped, in such cases money will be refunded within 48-72 Business Hours after cancellation. Order cancellation can be done within 3-5 days after placing the order.
